Factory Reset Pico Neo 3 Pro

Option 1 (PUI)
  1. Turn on the Pico Neo 3 Pro/Pro Eye. 
  2. Go to home and select the settings menu by clicking on the gearwheel icon.
  3. Go to Developer > System > Reset options.
  4. Click on erase all data (Factory reset), a confirmation message will appear.
  5. In the confirmation message, press on the ‘reset’ button
Option 2 (Recovery mode)
  1. Power off the Pico Neo 3 Pro/Pro Eye
  2. Hold "Power" + "Volume Up" + "Home" button for a while, you should be able to see an Android Robot
  3. Hold "Power" button and click "Volume Up" button once to enter Recovery Mode menu.
    1. Functions of keys in the recovery mode: "Volume up" key - Move up; "Volume down" key - Move down; "Power" key - Confirm.
  4. Use the "Volume Down" key to go down to "Wipe data/Factory reset" and press "Power" to confirm
  5. Wait for the device to process the wipe/reinstall and reboot on its own.
